Virginia Secretary of the Commonwealth Levar Stoney is scheduled to speak at the Richmond Crusade for Voters meeting Tuesday, July 21.

The 7 p.m. meeting will be held at the Baptist General Con- vention office, 1214 W. Graham Road, next to Virginia Union University on North Side.

Mr. Stoney is to discuss Gov. Terry McAuliffe’s initiatives to restore rights to felons, including the recent executive order allowing offenders to have their rights restored without having outstanding court costs and fees as an impediment.
