Grammy, Stellar, Dove, BET and NAACP Image Award-winning gospel singer/songwriter Fred Hammond is returning to Richmond for the third consecutive year of his “Festival of Praise Tour.”

The concert will be 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, at the Altria Theater, 6 N. Laurel St.

Mr. Hammond launched the Festival of Praise Tour in 2013.

This year’s tour features concerts in more than 50 cities, with a rotating performing guest list.

In Richmond, Mr. Hammond will be joined by gospel all-stars Hezekiah Walker, founder and senior pastor of Love Fellowship Tabernacle Churches in Brooklyn, N.Y., and Bensalem Pa.; Israel Haughton & New Breed, winner of several GMA Dove awards, including Gospel Album and Song of the Year; and Karen Clark-Sheard, multi-Grammy Award winner and former member of The Clark Sisters.

The lineup also will include Regina Belle and Casey J, singer of the new gospel hit “Fill Me Up.”
