Being an old Army vet now at the age of 75, I find it hard to understand the world of 2017.

More than 50 years ago, I was on active duty stationed in France. At that time, we were in the middle of the “Cold War” with the former Soviet Union.

Now that President Donald Trump has all of these affiliations with Russia, he would have been labeled a “pinko commie” back then.
