Social media blew up, citing an irony in Mr. Bryant’s winning an award in the #MeToo era calling out sexual harassment in light of the 2003 accusation that he sexually assaulted a Colorado hotel employee. The criminal case was dropped and the civil suit against him was settled out of court.
