Rebuilding the Village festival

A free, open-to-all community festival that organizers said will feature food, music and fun is scheduled to take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 16, at Armstrong High School, 2300 Cool Lane in the East End.
The festival is a production of Rebuilding the Village, a partnership involving the Help Me Help Foundation that former City Council President Michelle Mosby founded and leads to serve returning jail and prison inmates and other people-helping groups.
