Richmond City Council recognized the Rev. Robert A. Winfree on March 15 with an honorary street block sign designation, acknowledging his service to the community.

A Richmond native and longtime pastor of New Life Deliverance Tabernacle, Winfree has dedicated 28 years to spiritual leadership and community outreach. The sign, located on the 900 block of Decatur Street in the city’s 6th District, marks the same block as his church. 

  

City officials highlighted his commitment to faith, leadership and service, including his work in youth programs, food assistance and health initiatives.
