Six-year-old Alayzin Smith energetically hoops it up during the 4th Annual Health and Wellness Fair at Blackwell Elementary School in the city’s South Side. The school, along with the city’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities and the Minority Health Consortium, hosted the spring event to promote community health.
