Va. Legislative Black Caucus reception at VMFA // Members of the Virginia Legislative Black Caucus gathered Monday for their annual reception before the start of the 2016 General Assembly session. Other elected officials, corporate and educational leaders attended the event at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. The 18-member caucus formally announced its legislative agenda Wednesday at a news conference.
