Republican Donald Trump claims victory about 3 a.m. Wednesday after receiving a telephone call from Democrat Hillary Clinton conceding the presidential contest. Election results showed Mr. Trump had won more than the 270 electoral college votes needed to win. He is flanked by running mate Mike Pence, left, and his son, Baron.
