Mamaya Hart, 6, works two hula hoops at the Mosby Court Appreciation Day last Saturday at the East End public housing community. Residents of all ages enjoyed games, food, music, health screenings and other community resources available, including voter registration. The deadline to register to vote in the Nov. 8 election is Monday, Oct. 17.
