See and be seen at Easter on Parade // More than 25,000 people fill Richmond’s Monument Avenue for the annual Easter on Parade celebration. And as always, this year it was a place to see and be seen last Sunday as people of all ages strolled the avenue enjoying music, entertainment, jugglers, dancers and activities between Allen and Davis avenues.
