Yellow balloons are released to remember nearly three dozen people from the Richmond area who have been reported missing and whose whereabouts are unknown. The release came at the first “Bring Our Missing Children Home” event hosted last Saturday by the mother of a 21-year-old who has disappeared without a trace.
