Gov. Ralph S. Northam takes a knee to hear the question posed by 9-year-old Kimoni Jenkins, 9, Wednesday morning during his visit to the Richmond Police Athletic League Summer Camp in North Side. The governor spent an hour fielding questions from the 130 youngsters at the camp.
