CITYSCAPE-slices of life and scenes in Richmond-It looks like a church or a castle, but it’s actually Richmond’s historic Pump House, built 136 years ago to pump water from the James River into the city. For a time, the building west of Byrd Park also was used for dances and lavish parties.
