‘Fresh Paint’ opens: Mariza Ruiz admires a mural by Nico Cathcart during the opening last Saturday of “Fresh Paint: Murals Inspired by the Story of Virginia.” The exhibition at the Virginia Museum of History and Culture features the work of 10 artists alongside items from the museum’s collection that inspired them.
