Ms. Ross is a member of the traveling team that operates the agency’s DMV Connect mobile unit that brings services to people rather than requiring them to go to a DMV customer service center. The mobile unit is scheduled to return to City Hall at 9th and Broad streets in Downtown from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. the first Friday of each month.
