O’Rourke campaigns in Henrico: Democratic presidential hopeful Beto O’Rourke stumps for support in Henrico County on Tuesday night, one of several stops in the state. The former Texas congressman talked up his values and his policy views in making his initial foray into Virginia. Mr. O’Rourke drew an enthusiastic crowd of more than 800 people to the event sponsored by the Henrico County Democratic Committee at a hotel in Short Pump. He is running in a crowded field of Democrats seeking the party’s nomination. Other contenders are expected to hit Virginia in the coming weeks and months. Former Virginia Gov.
