Making a splash/With the temperature reaching 95 degrees by noon on July 1, Mayor Levar M. Stoney and Chris Frelke, director of the city's Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities, wrapped up a news conference a Hotchkiss Field Community Center in North Side by jumping in the pool - clothes, shoes, socks and all. Their actions tickled youngsters and the scene broke into a splash party.
