The young pageant enthusiasts are Mia Moore, 4, of Richmond, Little Miss Black East Coast, and McKenzie Casey-Jones, 7, of Hopewell, Little Miss Black Virginia. The two pageant winners displayed their public speaking skills before an encouraging audience.
