Mayor Levar M. Stoney, Richmond City Council President Michael J. Jones and Delegate Delores L. McQuinn, among others, recognize Juneteenth on June 15 at City Hall. For the first time, the Juneteenth flag was raised and flown throughout the weekend and on Monday, June 19, when the holiday was federally celebrated.
