Members of Richmond City Council and representatives from the City’s administration honored Jean Patterson Boone, Richmond Free Press publisher and co-founder, and her husband, the late Raymond H. Boone, the founder and former editor and publisher of the Richmond Free Press, for their collective work on June 12. Mr. Boone died nine years ago after a brief illness.
