A city street sign leans at the corners of Shirley Lane and Westover Road in Richmond’s Byrd Park on March 4. A nearby hole is equally dangerous. Hopefully an employee in the City of Richmond’s Department of Public Works soon will attend to this potentially hazardous situation.
