Masonry workers lay a cinder block wall outside the new Richmond High School for the Arts, a $140 million facility currently under construction. The school, designed to serve about 1,800 students, will offer specialized spaces for dance, music, video production and other creative programs, giving students modern tools to develop their talents.Officials say the project is on track for completion in winter 2026.
