Holiday convoy delivers smiles in Gilpin Court-During the FRIENDS Association for Children’s annual holiday vehicle parade Tuesday morning along St. John Street in Gilpin Court, vehicles from Richmond Fire and Police, Richmond Ambulance and local car clubs circle neighborhoods in Gilpin Court and Church Hill, distributing stuffed animals and other gifts to children along the route.
