State of fun-The State Fair of Virginia returned to The Meadow Event Park in Doswell last weekend,drawing crowds from across the Commonwealth and beyond. Fairgoers packed the midway, sampling food from vendors, testing their luck at carnival games and taking in the rides. The fair, which opened Sept. 26, continues through Oct. 5.
