The Moon family presented a $10,000 check to Richmond Public Schools Superintendent Jason Kamras to create the August and Michon Moon Endowed Scholarship Fund.
Richmond Public Schools hosted the RVA Summer Fest and the 16th Annual Citywide Back 2 School Rally at Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School for students and families to pick up school supplies and prepare for the start of school.
