* Until 700 AM CDT Friday.
* At 955 PM CDT, light to occasionally moderate rain continued to
develop and push north across the Concho Valley. Although rainfall
so far has been light, pockets of heavier rainfall are possible
overnight. With many secondary roads and low water crossings
remaining flooded and impassable, any additional heavy rainfall
will create rapidly deteriorating conditions.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
San Angelo, Ballinger, Winters, Paint Rock, Christoval, Maverick,
Eden, Miles, Lowake, Wall, Grape Creek, Goodfellow Air Force Base,
Hatchel, Veribest, Knickerbocker, Vancourt, Tankersley, Eola and
Rowena.
Do not drive through these low water crossings or any other
low water crossing with water flowing across the roadway.
