Music and food from around the world were among the attractions at the International Food Festival sponsored recently by the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart. From left, Sister Maria; Be Be Tran, president of the Richmond Vietnamese Association; and Thu Le Pham, a retired Hanover County French teacher, roll fresh Vietnamese spring rolls for the crowd’s enjoyment.
