The Richmond Branch NAACP is joining the Baptist Ministers’ Conference of Richmond and Vicinity to help people in the Carolinas affected by Hurricane Florence.

The organizations are seeking donations of toiletries and nonperishable food items, which will be accepted between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Richmond, Virginia, Seminary, 2318 Cedar St. in Church Hill
